Nature of the Site
The site points visitors toward Goliad County and Texas inmate, jail, release, court, and supervision resources, along with federal and immigration locators. It stores no official records, cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or file a government document. Some outside research tools may pay referral fees.
Acceptable Use Rules
Access is conditioned on lawful and respectful use. Users must not break the law, stalk, harass, or threaten anyone; make hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions from site content; attempt unauthorized access; run bots or scrapers; or disrupt service for others.
No Consumer Reports
Goliad County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and supplies no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Users agree not to apply the information to employment actions, tenant or housing screening, creditworthiness, insurance premiums, licensing or government-benefit eligibility, or any other decision regulated by the FCRA.

Texas Law Applies
Texas law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Texas.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective. The affected provision will be limited only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
